The three-time Olympic champion and health ambassador shared not only her passion for movement, but also personal insights into her path to greater balance, regeneration, and mental strength.
With charm, authenticity, and expertise, she guided guests through a varied programme – from physical activity sessions and personal conversations to inspiring impulses for lifestyle transformation.

On the Mayr Cure, Exercise and Mental Strength
I’ve been to Park Igls several times and try to do a Mayr Cure at least once or twice a year. My motivation is to give my body a real break. Afterwards, you feel like a new person.
The location in the heart of the Tyrolean mountains, the expertise of the doctors and therapists – and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. You feel in good hands from the very first moment.
Many people think it’s just tea or broth – but that’s not the case. The Modern Mayr Cuisine is varied, delicious, and tailored to your individual needs.
You shouldn’t try to do too much at once. Even small things like taking the stairs or going for a brisk walk can make a big difference. Light exercise two or three times a week – that’s often more than enough.
For anyone who wants to do something good for their health and gain new inspiration – whether you're a beginner or more advanced.
The IHHT training was fascinating – and the openness of the participants. It was great fun to train together and share experiences.
The key is to focus on the positives. Success and setbacks are both part of life. Setting small goals helps you stay on track.
Yes – visualisation, affirmations, breathing exercises. Mindfulness helps me stay in the moment.
Everyone can unlock their potential if they believe in themselves. Setbacks aren’t the end – they’re often a new beginning.
