Look forward to a tailor-made program designed for health-conscious athletes and outdoor enthusiasts, specifically aimed at enhancing your performance and gut health. Our experienced team of doctors, trainers, and therapists will support you every step of the way.

  • Initial examination – holistic health check (30 mins)
  • Final examination (30 mins)
  • 2 bioimpedance measurements (lean tissue, water and body fat)
  • 4 IHHT (Cell Trainings) (50 mins each)
  • 3 full body massages or lymphatic drainage, craniosacral therapy, shiatsu (50 mins each)
  • 3 partial body massages (25 mins each)
  • 1 mental strength coaching group session (50 mins)
