Triple Olympic champion Maria Höfl-Riesch – one of the most successful ski racers of all time, top keynote speaker and coach – will accompany you throughout the week! As a participant, you’ll benefit from:
- Outdoor session: Brisk walk with Maria Höfl-Riesch (e.g. Rosengarten, Viller Moor, or a mountain route)
- Indoor or outdoor (park) session, 50 mins: Fit and Active with Maria Höfl-Riesch (core, legs, balance)
Programme contents
- Initial examination – holistic health check (30 mins)
- Final examination (30 mins)
- 2 bioimpedance measurements (lean tissue, water and body fat)
- 4 IHHT (Cell Trainings) (50 mins each)
- 3 full body massages or lymphatic drainage, craniosacral therapy, shiatsu (50 mins each)
- 3 partial body massages (25 mins each)
- 1 mental strength coaching group session (50 mins)
- 1 nutrition lecture (50 mins)
- 3 activating activity group sessions
