What is included in the room price and what discounts are available?

Room rates are per person/day and include breakfast as well as parking in the underground car park or transfer from/to Innsbruck airport or railway station.

For stays outside of our programmes, basic services are charged per day and person (in addition to the room rate).

Discounts on the room rate:

5% for stays of 2 weeks and longer
10% for stays of 3 weeks and longer
15% for stays of 4 weeks and longer
10% loyalty bonus from the 11th stay onwards
15% loyalty bonus from the 21st stay onwards

By booking your stay directly you automatically acquire free membership of our Vital Club. Benefits include:

Credit towards your next visit: We will credit 10% of the room rate towards your next stay in the form of Vitality Points and deduct them from your invoice.
Credit for recommendations: Fancy recommending us to friends, acquaintances, family members or business partners? For their first booking we will credit you with 10% of the room rate in the form of Vitality Points. We will automatically deduct the corresponding amount from your invoice and give it to your as credit for your next stay.

Can I stay on my own in a double room?

Yes, double rooms and suites can also be occupied by a single person. Please be aware that this is subject to an extra fee.
