Chlorella and vegetable spread
With this recipe, a healthy spread or dip can be conjured up easily and in a short time. A delicious recipe for your well-being, because health starts in the gut.
Ingredients for 500g
- 150g floury potatoes
- 150g broccoli
- 150g avocado
- ½ tsp chlorella powder
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp olive oil, a touch of Dijon mustard
- Salt, pepper and nutmeg
- Fresh herbs (parsley and chervil)


PREPARATION
1. Boil the potatoes …
… in their skins, drain, peel and leave to cool slightly.
2. Blanch the broccoli …
… then plunge into iced water (to preserve its beautiful green colour).
3. Remove the stone …
… from the avocado and finely purée the flesh with the potatoes, broccoli and chlorella powder.

… maple syrup, lime juice, olive oil and seasoning to taste before stirring in the freshly chopped herbs.
